Last Saturday, I and my close friends had dinner in Trinity in Dampa along Sucat (Dr. A. Santos Avenue) in Paranaque City. We enjoyed what we did in spite of the heavy traffic along Sucat Avenue because of El Shaddai. Went to market also inside the compound of Dampa and bought fresh shrimps for Steamed Shrimp and prawns for Buttered Garlic Prawns, we also bought tuna for Sinigang na tuna. Wiki says Sinigang is a Philippine dish famous for the variety of ingredients one can use as well as for its taste.
