We know that running is one of the best form of exercise and that’s what I do for months now. I need to trim up to be fit and I choose running as my exercise. I was rushed to a nearby hospital recently due to nape pain and headache. I just experienced this right after my 5 kilometer run. I thought I was experiencing high blood pressure. Running, jogging or brisk walking are the best exercises to lose weight and I’ve been doing running now for almost 2 months. I really had fun and great time attending my first marathon event. Its really a big effort in my part to wake up as early as 4AM just for me to prepare for my first run. I’m not really used to run nor to jog and be with lots of people running that’s why I decided to participated only on the 3 kilometer category.
