Tapa is called by Filipinos on marinated pork or beef sirloin. One of the very famous breakfast by the locas here in the Philippines and they usually call it TAPSILOG (Tapa Sinangag at Itlog). Here in my receipe of Tapa Rice, I made use of theTapa bought in Taal, Batangas. I usually buy Tapa in Taal because it is one of the best I’ve tried.
