Chef Myrna Segismundo at The Maya Kitchen this April

This month, April, Maya Kitchen will be featuring Chef Myrna Segismundo as for Maya’s Kitchen monthly cooking demo. On April 27, 2013, at 9am till 1pm (Saturday), Chef Myrna will be showing her skills in culinary specifically on Filipino Dishes. She’ll be preparing some filipino fusion dishes like Boneless Lechon with Stewed Fruits and Brown Rice, Chicken Inasal with Fresh Ubod, Pomelo and Jicama Spring Roll and Ginataan among others.
