My Grilled Pork Chops

Been wanting pork chops for dinner and decided to go to the grocery to get some. I was given very thick pork chops slices (so unusual for me because I’m used to thin slices heheh). Since I’m not that really good into cooking, I decided to make an experiment out of my pork chops. Based on what I ordered from a grill bar, aside from salt and pepper that i smell, it smelled like they use a rosemary leaves on it and the grilled pork chop that I ordered has a slight tangy taste and I suspect they’ve used lemon or calamansi aside from soy sauce.
