I was curious when a friend of mine was selling her Tuyo Flakes in Olive oil over facebook. I bought a jar since it’s not that expensive. 180 pesos a jar? Not bad right? I’ve been fond of experimenting on pasta in garlic and olive oil for months now but this time with tomatoes and Tuyo Flakes (salted dried herring). Well, it went well so far.
