I really don’t know how to properly cook beef to make it tender, especially for the Mechado recipe. So I decided to use a crock pot or a slow cooker to make sure the beef comes out tender. It makes me wonder if I just feel too excited to eat all the time that most of my beef recipes are poorly cooked in terms of beef tenderness.
