It’s been a while since my last visit to Alabang Town Center in Alabang, Muntinlupa. I live just a few kilometers away from ATC (Alabang Town Center) but still lazy to wander. Been looking for this kind of place, a place where you can enjoy food from a fusion of Chinese – Filipino cuisine while listening to your favorite music. January 24 marked as the day for the Caracol Festival in Makati. The Museum and Cultural Affairs Office and the Makati City Government organized this event which started 4pm at the Paseo de Roxas in the center of Makati City.
