Halo-Halo de Iloko La Union’s Best!

One of the usual exciting part of a long trip here in the Philippines  is discovering the best food / Restaurant of the place. In San Fernando La Union, Halo-Halo de Iloko is one of their best restaurants in town.We went there for lunch and we rated this as BONGGA!
