This weekend October 26, Saturday at 9AM to 1PM, Ilustrado, the home of heritage Filipino-Spanish cuisine will be demonstrating at the Maya Kitchen. I’ve known Ilustrado for quite sometime now because it is my family’s favorite dining place during my teen years. We go there occasionally especially special days.
