I’m really greatful and thankful that Maya Kitchen Cullinary Arts Center invited me to attend one of their cooking demo. This time, Chef Gen Capati thought us how to make CBK Chicken or the Cook Book Kitchen Chicken. As I’ve notice, this recipe (CBK Chicken) is simmilar to cordon bleu without the coating. Chicken brest fillet, cheese and ham! But CBK Chicken was prepared in a different way. I just find it interesting that’s why I really payed attention to this demo.
