Chef Vicky Pacheco of Chateau 1771 Group of Restaurants at The Maya Kitchen This August “No Boarders Cuisine”

I know most of us here are familiar with some of Chateau 1771’s restaurants, cafes and bars. Chateau 1771 is a group of restaurants, bars and cafe composed of Chateau 1771, Cafe 1771, Sentro 1771, Wine Bar 1771, Side Bar and 1771 Elpueblo. Chef Vicky Pacheco, the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Chef of Chateau 1771 will be demonstrating this August 31, Saturday, 9am-1pm at the Maya Kitchen.
