It’s summer time and it’s time to protect ourselves from skin damage due to overexposure of the sun! Yes, t’s true! One of the major causes of skin cancer is direct sunlight exposure, and even if you’re inside your air conditioned house or office, UVA still present that’s why you need sunblock.
I’ve been searching and reading reviews and testimonials for the best skin protection for UVA and UVB for a couple of weeks now and what I discovered is Neutrogena’s Ultra Sheer Dry Touch Sunblock SPF 50 is the most recommended by users and dermatologist.
Why? They say it’s because it provides superior balanced broad spectrum protection against damaged skin or skin aging.
You should know that the UVB rays have very high energy and are powerful forms of light that can easily zap through the layers of the atmosphere to cause problems. These are the light rays that burn the skin and make many people look like lobsters after a long sun exposure.
On the other hand, UVA are different because they have much less energy, but they are able to penetrate even deeper into the layers of your skin.
As advised by dermatologists, use sunblock SPF 30 and above for more skin face protection.
And that’s why I regularly use Neutrogena’s Ultra Sheer Dry Touch Sunblock. I really love that the skin feels dry and non sticky, and there’s no shine on my face when I apply it.
It also smells fresh and it’s gentle to the skin even if your skin is sensitive. It’s also waterproof, sweat proof, resist rub-off, a non-comedogenic (won’t clog your pores) and it’s oil free and PBA free lotion.
Just wanted to share with you something great I discovered. That’s it ans always remember to bring along and use a dermatologist-tested sunblock for more skin protection against skin cancer.
