Been wanting pork chops for dinner and decided to go to the grocery to get some. I was given very thick pork chops slices (so unusual for me because I’m used to thin slices heheh).
Since I’m not that really good into cooking, I decided to make an experiment out of my pork chops. Based on what I ordered from a grill bar, aside from salt and pepper that i smell, it smelled like they use a rosemary leaves on it and the grilled pork chop that I ordered has a slight tangy taste and I suspect they’ve used lemon or calamansi aside from soy sauce.
Here’s my version.
pork chops
2 tbsp lemon juice or calamansi
1/2 cup soysauce
half head garlic minced
1 tsp pepper
2 tbsp of rosemary leaves
I thawed my pork chops and took off the skin, I put the chops into the bowl where I can marinate it with soy sauce, pepper, lemon juice, sugar, garlic and rosemary leaves, put them inside your fridge’s chiller for 12 hours.
I bought an Indoor grill (you can buy them at any SM department stores HOB TOP GRILL AND GRIDDLE)and place it on top of my stove and put the fire into medium heat and grilled my chops till its done. Take note of this, don’t forget to preheat your indoor grill and when grilling chops or steaks, ensure the steak or the chops is left on the grill until it seared. Flip it once in a while.
SIMPLENG BONGGA DIBA?
