We already left Liliw laguna past 12 noon and headed to Lucban Quezon. Along the way, every bridge we cross, we notice children swim by the streams, some doing their laundry. Unlike in Manila esteros, all you could see are trash – hehehe.
Majayjay is the name of the place and the place is famous for their Taytay falls. Taytay Falls, located at Barangay Gagalot, Majayjay, Laguna. It has one of the clearest flowing water, you could see it from the pictures.
The water flows from Mt. Banahaw, through the mountain’s lush and untouched forest which keeps the water clear even during heavy rains. Unfortunately, due to lack of time, we didn’t had the chance to wade by the streams. Anyway, there are lots of resorts at Majayjay, I’ve read there’s also an old church nearby.
We arrived Lucban Quezon already past 2pm and had lunch at Buddy’s. Buddy’s is one of the famous restaurant in Lucban.
The restaurant specializes in Pancit HabHab and Longganisang Lucban (I had that for lunch and its really good!) What makes it different from other pancits? Pancit Habhab is seasoned with vinegar unlike the others, they are usually seasoned with fish sauce or soy sauce.
