Lolo Dad’s Chef Ariel Manuel at The Maya Kitchen

Are you familiar with Lolo Dad’s Cafe? I’ve read lots of articles about this good cafe and all they say is It’s one of the best restaurants in Manila. I’m so curious about this restaurant, I’m just making the best time to visit and try some of heir specialties.

I’m glad that the Maya Kitchen will be hosting Chef Ariel Manuel, the owner of Lolo Dad’s Cafe, cooking demo on Saturday, June 21, 2014 at the Maya Kitchen in Makati. He’ll be preparing and doing demos of some of his best recipes like Salmon Sardine with Fresh Garlic Croutons, Romaine Caesar Salad, White Onion Soup, Shellfish Open Lasagne, Mediterranean Duck Rice, Mixed Fresh Fruits with Vanilla Ice Cream, Rock Salt and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Funny about this chef, Chef Ariel is a graduate of architecture but spends most of his professional life in the kitchens of known hotels. From Mandarin Oriental Manila, Shangri-la Hotel Makati, Heritage Hotel and Westin Philippine Plaza. Now Chef Ariel is one of the renowned chefs of Manila.
