June is very popular month for weddings and wedding list wont be complete with out wedding cakes. I never attended a wedding party or commonly known as wedding reception that didn’t served beautifully made cakes. One of the most common practice during wedding reception is the cake slicing of the newlywed and since it’s a very rare opportunity, couples usually buy fully decorated beautifully done cakes!
Giving beautiful cakes as a gift is a brilliant idea for the newlyweds. Just inform then that you plan to give a cake for their wedding so that they can plan and arrange things.
Cakes are not only for weddings, cakes can be given also to different occasions. I may say that making cake as a business is not a bad idea besides its a fad nowadays to give something that can’t be found malls. A cake that is unique, unusual and personalized.
If you are into it, why not try improving your skills in baking cakes? there are lots of culinary books around but it is still better if you learn new skills in baking hands on.
One of my trusted Culinary school The Maya Kitchen Culinary Arts Center offers baking classes and I have their schedule for the entire month of June. Call or visit their website for inquiries and more information.
