Coco Natura a Low Glycemic Sweetener

In one of my research on the internet of an alternative sweetener for my favorite beverages, I’ve notice that there is an organic alternative sweetener that you can buy in supermarkets.

Based on its data, these alternative sweeteners are safe for diabetic people.



I am a type 2 diabetic for almost 5 years now and I still seek for some alternative way on how will I be able to enjoy my sweet intakes of my deserts I’ve been making and favorite beverages.

I really have to avoid artificial sweeteners for my beverages as much as possible coz these has some chemicals that are harmful to humans. But then, who wants to have a bitter coffee?

  • It is a coco sugar, a sugar not made from sugar cane. Coco sugar came from coconut sap the best alternative sweetener in the market because of its low glycemic index (GI).
  • It is a fact that a person who’s in a low glycemic diet has the lower risk in developing type 2 diabetes.
  • Coco natura has a Glycemic Index of 35 is considered as low GI. A low GI will not cause a spike in blood sugar levels.

What I discovered on the taste of my coffee is, Coco Nutra has the same taste with regular sugar. “The same taste but safe for diabetic people.”

Another plus is, Coco Nutra can be used also for baking.
