I was invited by Maya Kitchen in Makati City to cover Chef’s Gen D. Capati of Cookbook Kitchen cooking demo. Attending these kind of events will make you learn a lot of tricks in cooking, a lot of tips that can be applied in handling the kitchen and a whole lot more.
Chef Gen prepared Boston Poached Fish, CBK Chiken, Eggplant Medly and Pasta Al Adobo and Chef Kittin, partner of Chef Gen in business, taught us how to make a Decadent Chocolate Rum Cake and gave us some important tips in baking.
Attending the cooking event will surely help anyone improve their culinary knowlegde. It will help you do more things than the usual. I Just hope Maya Kitchen will keep on inviting me to attend their cooking demo as I want to learn more. If I enough resources and the time, I’ll invest on this. I’ll enroll my self to Maya Culinary School to broaden my knowledge in culinary.
Anyway, If you want to try some entries of Chef Gen, you can check them out at Cookbook Kitchen.
